Insurance compliance training

Compliance you can carry.

Five-minute lessons on know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, fraud and fair conduct for every role in an insurance business: agents and brokers, underwriters, claims handlers, service and onboarding teams, and the people who lead them. One real situation per lesson, the exact red flags and steps, on a phone between calls.

The problem

Compliance training happens once a year, in a slide deck, and is forgotten by February.

The annual module gets clicked through to earn the certificate. Then a customer turns up with documents that do not quite match, a claim arrives that looks a little too tidy, or a broker asks for a favour, and the person on the phone has nothing to fall back on except instinct.

  • Too long to schedule

A half-day session means taking people off the phones, so it happens once, at induction or at renewal time, and never again.

  • Too abstract to use

A definition of money laundering does not tell a claims handler what to do with a surrender request from a policy that was paid up front in cash.

  • Too rare to stick

A red flag seen once in a slide is a memory, and a faint one. Spotting it on a live file needs repetition until it becomes a reflex.

How it works

One situation, five minutes, the steps to take.

Every lesson takes one real moment from insurance work and shows what good looks like, what usually goes wrong and what to do next. A presenter talks it through; the learner reads, listens and answers.

  1. One customer, claim or application per lesson

A customer who cannot produce standard identity documents, a claim that looks staged, a gift from a broker. The lesson shows the exact red flags, the questions to ask and the steps to take.

  2. Principles that hold everywhere

Lessons teach what applies in every jurisdiction and say plainly where your local rules set the exact limit, so the training stays right in whichever market you work. No named laws, no thresholds that drift.

  3. Checked, not assumed

Each lesson ends with a few questions about what you would actually do on the file, so the habit is tested before an auditor tests it for real.

Every role

Built for the whole business, not just the compliance team.

Tracks are organised by area and by role, so a claims handler, a service agent and a compliance officer each get the lessons that match their day.

  • Claims

Staged and exaggerated claims, fraud rings, refunds and surrenders, investigating without prejudging.

  • Service and onboarding

Identity checks, explaining them without losing the sale, vulnerable customers, complaints.

  • Compliance and leadership

Risk ratings, enhanced measures, screening hits, audit readiness, setting the tone for a team.

  • The whole team

Data protection, gifts and hospitality, speaking up, and what happens after you report.

Questions

Before you ask

How long does a lesson take?
About five minutes. A track is five lessons, so a person can finish one in under half an hour, spread across as many breaks as they like.
Which country's rules does it teach?
None in particular, on purpose. The lessons teach the principles that hold in every jurisdiction, from customer due diligence to sanctions screening and fair treatment, and say plainly where your local rules set the exact limit. Nothing cites a named law, regulator or threshold, so the training stays right whichever market you work in and never goes stale when a rule changes.
Do learners need a legal or compliance background?
No. It is written for the people who actually deal with customers, applications and claims: agents, brokers, underwriters, claims handlers, service and onboarding teams. Every term is explained in one sentence the first time it appears.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Lessons are designed for a phone first, which is where staff actually have five spare minutes between calls. There is also a web app for anyone at a desk.
Can we give each team only the lessons that apply to them?
Yes. The library is organised by area, path and track, by function and by role, so a claims handler, a service agent and a compliance officer each start on what matches their day instead of everyone sitting through everything.
How do we know whether staff actually did the training?
Every lesson ends with a few questions about what the learner would do. A team plan comes with a web dashboard where the person running it can see who has started and completed which tracks, which is also what you show a reviewer who asks.
What does it cost?
The free tracks cost nothing. Past them there is a flat price for a person, by the month or the year, and a per-seat price for a firm or a team that gets cheaper as the team grows. Both are on the pricing page.
